Yoshika Matsubara (松原 良香 Matsubara Yoshika?) (born 19 August 1974) is a retired Japanese football player.

Matsubara had a brief spell with Rijeka in the Croatian Prva HNL.[1]

Matsubara competed for the Japan national football team at the 1996 Summer Olympics.[2] Earlier in 1994 he was part of the Japanese U23 team that played the Dunhill Cup.[3]
